For ages 1 to 3, this is where big personalities begin to bloom. Our Reggio Emilia–inspired toddler program treats every child as a capable individual, with responsive teachers, hands-on discovery, and daily time in Stonebrook Forest.

As Murfreesboro's only Reggio Emilia–inspired school, we believe children have a hundred languages, countless ways to express, explore, and understand their world. Our twos teachers build on that idea with hundreds of different learning activities spanning language, cognitive skills, creativity, critical thinking, and personal and social growth.
Every part of the day has purpose, from music and movement to naps and mealtimes. Self-help skills like handwashing are practiced throughout the day, building the independence and routine that two-year-olds are ready for.
Our toddler program serves children ages 1 to 3. As your child grows and is developmentally ready, they'll move up into our Preschool & Pre-K program.
Absolutely. Potty training is an integral part of our twos classroom and is mixed into the daily schedule. Our teachers partner with parents to help each child learn to understand and listen to their body at their own pace.
All meals and snacks are served fresh from our peanut-free Bright Day Cafe, with fruits, vegetables, protein, dairy, and whole grains. Children with special dietary needs are always welcome.
Busy and joyful! A typical day includes music, art, dancing, stories, and games, plus plenty of movement inside, on the Playscape, and in Stonebrook Forest. Naps and self-help routines like handwashing are part of the day too.
For children in this age range, we offer 2-day (T/Th), 3-day (M/W/F), and 5-day schedules, so you can choose what fits your family best. Enrollment is year-round based on application date and availability.
